Our local installer then liaises with caretakers of the cemetery or urupā to ensure the grave is prepared with adequate footing for safe installation.
Ongoing Care & Maintenance
From installation forward, your local team member will take care of the monument for you. Families or caretakers can contact us if maintenance becomes necessary, and as subsequent names are added to the headstone, your local installer will be exclusively involved.
We try to add inscriptions without removing the monument from its resting place; however, this may not always be possible. Our goal is always to work within your cultural traditions and follow council regulations during installation, maintenance, refurbishment, and additional inscription work.
