Our Process
Our creative team works alongside you while creating your memorial headstone, plaque or other monument to help you capture the essence of the life led and the personality of your loved one.
Once you have a clear idea of what you want, our artist draws up your design, which is then passed along to our experienced stonemasons, who take around 6-8 weeks to construct your headstone or other monument.
During this 6-8 week timeframe, the written, photographic, artistic, and portions will be worked on so that we can add these proofed materials right away when the stonemason signals that your custom piece is ready.
Once all the proofed elements have been added and you have approved the work, we will ship your monument to our local headstone installation team.

Councils, Culture and Caretakers
To ensure a respectful process, we work with families, councils and caretakers so that traditions, regulations, and boundaries are adhered to when your headstone is installed – and if inscriptions need to be added at a later date.
We will work with you towards ensuring that your loved one’s monument won’t need to be removed from the Cemetery or Urupā when it comes time to add further inscriptions. While this may not be possible in every case, we will do whatever we can to help make this happen.
