However, our compassionate team has extensive experience in assisting mourners towards a meaningful selection, and we work onsite with an expert team of stonemasons who can translate your vision into reality.

Alongside a tribute in text, our services include the opportunity to add artwork and photographs to your customised headstone design. We work collaboratively, assisting you to unfold your vision for your monument with kindness and patience, checking in with you every step of the way.

Sanctuary Memorials has a specialist team, including graphic artists, at our Auckland showroom, which is a peaceful space to connect with this process. 

In addition to our locations in East Tamaki and Otahuhu, we offer all our services across the country, and many clients call in from overseas. We bring the same kindness and generosity of spirit to a consultation on the phone or online as to an in-person consultation. 

Additional Inscriptions

If you need to add to your monument at a later date, we can help streamline this process, whether your loved one rests in a cemetery or urupā. Our team is experienced and committed to honouring cultural traditions and boundaries, and we can work with local councils wherever you are located to ensure regulations are adhered to. 

We will always work around what suits you best. When possible, we try to add further text to your headstone without removing it from the urupā or cemetery. We understand this may not always be possible, and each situation will be treated as unique.
